CHINAAAA

Hi guyssss

Ok so recently, I came back from my school immersion programme to China, Si Chuan & Cheng Du. It has been a really fun trip I swear. ((Digressing: I want to eat chicken rice & so many other stuffs now.))

So the moment we came out of the airplane, it was cold, but shiok. The weather there is actually like aircon in Singapore but EVERYWHERE. The feeling is really just nice, if you love cold like me. But anyways, when we went to get our luggage, I JUST HAD TO SAY THIS, but one of the teachers kind of lost her luggage, hsahhahahha ok so we came out, and everyone took their luggage already except for her. She said she lost her luggage, then it was found, in between the moving belts, am I the only one who find this funny? oops hahhaha.

So I managed to refresh my memories by looking at my pictures. So for the first day we went to Golden something something hotel for our breakfast, it's a breakfast buffet. WHAT'S MORE AWESOME THAN BUFFET. Oh something later on. Tadah, that's Joan eating her fruits after eating her main course of breakfast. Ok moving on. We then went to this mini store like 7-Eleven, we were suppose to buy our stuffs for the next 3 days. Well, me being thrifty, did not buy anything :-) Because I am a good girl hahah.

Anyways, then we went to this museum, it's about this man called Du Fu. That's the only thing that I listened though about the whole museum. OOPS.

Next, we went to another museum. Wait, no it was the same museum. Wait, GAHH I HAVE NO IDEA. BUT JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURES OKAY.

CONTINUING, we went to another museum, yayyy. This museum was COOL. They gave us earpiece each, and the guides will talk to a microphone which will be heard on our earpieces. TECHNOLOGY THESE DAYS. So it looked something like that. 

As you can see, my battery was dying, and yeap, IT DIED HALFWAY. WHY DOES THE BAD THINGS ALWAYS HAPPEN ON THE GOOD PEOPLE. :-( We had our lunch there, our lunch was a 20 COURSE MEAL. OMG, AND THE FOOD IS REALLY NICE ♥ I miss it now. I am really hungry now. So yeah, what's better than breakfast buffet? THIS. Anyways, some pictures there.

The view outside was very nice, IF ONLY IT HAPPENS IN SINGAPORE. 

THEN FINALLY, AFTER ALL THESE MUSEUMS, WE WENT TO CHECK IN TO THE HOTEL YAY. I was really tired then, as I did not sleep in the plane ride, which is from 2am to 6am. But oh well, what can you expect from me. So check out our hotel :P

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, which passed really very fast. PRACTICALLY, THIS WHOLE TRIP PASS REALLY FAST. I still can't believe I went to China with Joan. ;D Then for dinner I FORGOT. OH WAIT, IT'S COMING BACK TO ME. Ok for dinner, we ate at this restaurant which we were eating it for the next 2 days. But the food every time is different so I don't mind. ;D Plus, the food there is really delicious. :-) 

THEN, we walked back to the hotel and had some rest. THE END.

Joan and I woke up at like 5.30am. DOING NOTHING ALL THE WAY TILL BREAKFAST TIME, which is like 7.30. Are we normal? Hmm. So the crazy stuffs that we did in the morning.

Then, we had our breakfast at the hotel restaurant. IT'S BREAKFAST BUFFET AGAIN. ;D

After that we went to the lobby to wait for the rest who were still eating. Since we were done eating. Oh and we went up to get our stuffs because APPARENTLY, JOAN FORGOTTEN TO BRING SO MANY STUFFS OUT.

And then we move on to the activities we are doing.

To be honest, I have forgotten about EVERYTHING. OH WAIT NO, IT'S COMING BACK AGAIN.

First, we went to the Shi Fang Middle School I guess. The way they teach is TOTALLY different from Singapore, firstly, everything is spoken in Chinese here. Secondly, they speak really fast, and I can't catch up. To me, the students there are friendly? (Should be) One of them lent Joan & I his ruler, without even us asking or opening our mouths. So kind of him. Then I think that's about it for the school activities. Because after the lessons, we went back to this room where we watch videos, it's interesting yet boring. Hmph. 

THEN, WE WENT TO THE EARTHQUAKE RUINS. It happened on 2008. But the broken pieces were still intact. It was really mesmerizing but saddening. To know that so many people died because of this earthquake is really sad. But it's really interesting as no where in Singapore can you find such stuffs or see these. Anyways, here are some photos of it. Sorry for the suckish panorama pictures, I just can't take a nice one. 

So yeah, after this we went back to the same dinner area as yesterday and ate nice food and we went back to the hotel. Before that, we had a little briefing to ask on the food, and activities. So, we can give our feedback. Yay. And that night, Joan and I camwhore so much to our friends on whatsapp. ;D WELL, ISN'T THAT WHAT SOMETHING WE ALWAYS DO. Then we move on to,

So, there is nothing much for this day. Well, we went back to the school, and we were suppose to teach them basic english. And so we thought them some tongue twisters.

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck

So yup, these were the 4 tongue twisters that we taught them. Guess what, of all classes, only the class that we taught prepared us gifts. Aww how sweet of them.

Most probability I would be going back next year. Hahahah I think they should totally extend the duration. :-) 

Then after that, I totally forgotten where we went to. Oh well, you seriously can't expect much from me.

The only thing that I remembered was that we checked in the hotel and then we were free until dinner time, and then I went to buy a pair of shoes, WHICH IS REALLY PRETTY. 

LET'S MOVE ON TO THE NEXT DAY, WHICH IS THE LAST DAY.

So on 13 November, that was the last day in China, which was the most exciting day. WE WERE GOING TO SEE PANDAS, YAY. But before that, we had breakfast buffet at the exact same place where we had our breakfast for the first day. Which the food taste really good. I really want to eat them now. Omg. So we went to the Panda Enclosure places. THEY WERE REALLY CUTE ♥♥ 

OHOH and the toilet is really cool. It's like those Japanese ones where there are TONS of buttons to press. Although I did not press any, but I always wanted to. And this Joan, almost went to press on the butt washing button. JOANNNNNN.

 Then, we went to the airport after that, OH WAIT NO, we went for a little shopping first before we went to the airport. During the shopping time, I bought like tons of stuffs from J!ong Box. Joan too, she bought like tons of unnecessary stuffs. Oh Joannn. Anyways, we had KFC for our dinner, before we checked in. Sadly, when we checked in, our passports were not left together, then we were seated separately :-( BUT YAY FOR THIS FRIENDLY GIRL NAMED JERMAINE CHAI. She requested the people sitting beside Joan to exchange with me, I swear she is the most friendly person on Earth. ;D

So tadah, that's all for this trip. I would love to go back there next year, I swear. By the way, next year my school is going to have another school immersion programme, which is going to be at South Korea. My school is getting more awesome year by year. ;D BYE NOW.

Halloween

Hey guys!

Thank you guys so much, every single one of you guys who came down for the halloween event. You guys made everything possible, made everything work smoothly. Well, for those who didn't come down, sadly, you missed the fun! You can ask most of them, it was super duper fun (i guess). I was outside, did not went it, so not really sure. But oh well.

So, for the halloween event, I was casted as Annabelle, the conjuring doll, but only staying at the outside. First of all, it was because we (Yun Xuan & I) were underage, and were lucky enough to be even be part of the casts. Second, it was because they were afraid that if we go inside, someone might injure us. You know, they meant rough GUYS. Apparently, there wasn't though. ((Surprisingly)) But anyways, being the crew outside the haunted houses. WELL, IT WAS FUN, but tiring. We had to walk in circles around the houses and just keep taking pictures with the public. So we can't smile, can't communicate. Because of these few things, we kind of got chided by Sylvia? (Assuming her name to be spelled like that)

So in total, we walked almost 10 rounds and more? Apparently it's alot, and for the first few moments when we were suppose to roam around and everything, my classmates were there. Really scared, because they were in a huge crowd, AND YOU GUYS KNOW I AM SOCIALLY AWKWARD. So, this explains why we dare not go out. We practically did not move until I muster up my courage and walked at the queue area, which meant, WHERE THE MOST PEOPLE ARE. While Yun Xuan goes to the other side, saying we will meet at the center at the front. YUNXUAN AND HER TALL STORIES. No we did not meet there, in the end, both of us walked back. But continuing from where I said I walked at the queue area, IT WAS LIKE AS IF EVERYONE IN MY CLASS WAS QUEUING UP. UGH MY LIFE.

It was really awkward, I dare not stare at people or even have a peek at them.
Firstly, I did not have my spectacles on or my contact lens, so I can't see a thing.
Secondly, I was afraid.

Lucky for me, there is this girl following me. She was suppose to be kind of like a security guard. She was suppose to not let anyone touch the Annabelles ;D She is pretty and socialble and kind and if I ever see her now, I will thank her so much. She killed our awkwardness with the public. By telling us like they should be scared instead of us, and she also lead us the way when we are in the middle of the crowd. SHE IS A LOVELY GIRL. If only I know her twitter or something. But she speaks Chinese more than English, so it was weird as if she was asking in Chinese and I am just replying in English.

OHOH I THINK I WENT TOO FAR. LET'S REWIND BACK ALL THE WAY TO THE FRONT. I MISSED MY FAVOURITE PART.

So before all these stuffs happened, we had to change our clothes and put the make up on right? So, I was kind of rushing as I forgot to bring my white shoes and I saw my senior (She is an Annabelle too, very friendly), wearing her inner clothes as our current school's uniform shirt. While I was wearing a plain tee, borrowed from Yun Xuan. ((BUT LET'S MAKE IT CLEAR THAT WE THESE TWO THINGS WERE GIVEN IN TWO DIFFERENT TRIPS)) Lucky for the first trip, we were not that rushed as Denise and her friend, the other Annabelle, were doing their make up. Meanwhile, while waiting for my maid to come down, I went to the toilet. TIME EFFICIENCY WAS IMPORTANT. ;D So when I came out, the timing was just nice as my maid just reached. Yay for me.

Then about 5 minutes later, I saw the senior wearing the shirt and then let's continue from there. So it was really awkward, that I immediately called my house, asked my maid to come down and bring down 2 uniform shirts (1 for Yun Xuan while the other for me), but at that time, we were waiting for our make up and I was suppose to meet my maid at the entrance of Yew Tee Point. LUCKY FOR ME, I live really nearby. ;) But still, WE ARE IN A RUSH. So I immediately waited for my maid at Yew Tee Point entrance. Felt really awkward, as everyone who walks past me just stares at me. (I guess it's because I am wearing some kind of pinafore and a tee inside?) And I look dumb. =) < yup just like that.

SO, I FELT THAT MY MAID TOOK A REALLY LONG TIME TO ARRIVE. Then like a finally she arrived, I took it and immediately just ran to the hardcourt. Then when I reached, I felt so lucky, the people who were putting their make ups on before I left, were still putting it on. So another yay! :D By the time we changed and everything, it was Yun Xuan's turn for make up.

Trails Of Horror

Hi guys.

So there's this event that is coming up! It's the Halloween event like said in the previous post! I am hmm, shall not say it, but in other words, I am actually one of the crews with Yun Xuan yay. So we are part of this event, and we today even went to help out to do the props. Apparently, we did not help much in carrying it back because everyone just takes EVERYTHING and clears out everything. When we want to help, we also can't. Yeah well, kind of awkward.

But heyhey, we made friends with 2 of them (somehow). Anyways, it would be really cool if tons of people actually goes there and support us. Please do! So here is the part when I say about the bad things? I guess.

Like I said, negative things, there is only one though. Which is well you know, being in Singapore, we have to pay. So, for one ticket it cost $3, but for two tickets, it would be $5. HEY SAVE $1. But I am not really sure how the ticketing stuffs work because there would be 2 houses. I don't know if 1 ticket for both of you have to get 2 tickets to enter both. Well from what I think, it should be 1 ticket for 1 house. You know, SINGAPORE.

Just to reiterate everything, those whole chunk of words.

Do get the tickets and of course go for the event. I guarantee you, you're gonna have fun. OF COURSE, when you guys (( LIKE LITERALLY GUYS, AS IN MALES )) get scared, don't go hit the casts, I MEAN COME ON, don't be so spoilsport leh. We are all here to have fun only right, not to scare the death out of you. So hey, I expect a crowd there? It would be on this coming Saturday, at yew tee hardcourt. In case you do not know, it's beside yew tee point. :D Do come and bye.

FYI: Exams are over, expected myself to blog more, but oh well, I am just rotting at home and gaming all day. Kind of wasting my time. But I promise to blog more. Cheerrss.

CIP + Halloween + China Trip

Hello people. So today there will be three segments. Since tons of events are coming up.

It would be CIP. CIP actually (don't really know what it means), but according to some human beings out there, it stands for Community Involvement Programme. But anyways, for the last few weeks, I have been going to CIP. Like every Saturday, I would go to Yew Tee CC and do my CIP. If you guys do not know which CIP am I talking about, is the one for the Singapore Chingay 2013. Its actually knitting some blue shirts, (well, mostly the shirts were cut by this girl), and then we will start knitting. Obviously, YunXuan was the one who cut it because she can't knit.

During these weeks, I practically learnt to be patient. Even the lady in charge says so. She said I was patient thus being a professional in knitting. ☻ YEAH. However, I think this knitting skill is useful in the future, can you imagine if in the future, my future house, it's filled with all of these knitting stuffs. Man, that's cool.

Wow, now that really gave me an idea for my future. Going back to the topic, this CIP is really fun, and there is a high probability that Joan, Xuan and I will be performing for the Chingay 2013. If that really happens, EVERYONE OUT THERE. GRAB YOUR TICKETS, AND WATCH ME. ;D AND MY FRIENDS. This is making me thinking back and recalling all my last year memories during Singapore's National Day Parade Performance. Although, you know, in the end, there wasn't any close up shots. But oh well, the whole performance and the training were really fun. Met some strangers, nah not really (I am socially awkward). But you know, it was really fun. ;D 

If anyone out there reading this, have a chance of doing any fun activities or CIP, PLEASE JOIN IT. You won't regret. Take my words. Even if none of your friends go, so what? Go there and meet some friends. (Unless you are socially awkward like me, I have nothing to say)

So during Halloween, I am being a volunteer in Yew Tee CC. (Yeah, I know AGAIN) But oh well, it's like really fun. Come on, CIPs are freaking fun. Anyone out there interested? Sorry, I think slots are all full. Hahahah, okay I feel mean now.

So for every event, there will be training dates right?

Can't wait people! By the way, you guys can't just go there like that after reading this blog post because you need to sign up first :). Truthfully, this event is kind of linked to the Chingay one, as we asked help to get spots in this from the lady in charge for the previous event, but apparently, it didn't work. As she asked us to email some people but that person didn't email back :(. So we got help from RouYing, so if you guys are interested, you guys can ask her! But I don't think it's possible anymore, but I am still not sure. Check it out? It will be cool to see my blog readers and becoming ghosts together. hahhaha

Continuing to the last segment.

Just a brief summary since I do not have any much information yet. Yes, I am going to China with Joan! :D Oh my gosh, I really can't wait. The school is going to stay in a 4 Star Hotel (twin sharing). Yay meaning there is a high chance I may be staying in the same room as Joan. Yippee! ;) 

But still, exams are here. Like it has started last friday, then had a mini respite, and continuing exams on this thursday which means tomorrow. I am really afraid for my Chinese, as for Chinese I really can't make it. I speak chinese really poor and I just hate this subject. So now you know what I hate. So today had a bad scolding from my teacher, saying that my class' english paper was a disappointment. For the whole scolding, felt really insecure, until when she chided a guy saying he likes to eat nuggets and never seen him studying. Now that was the only funny part during the scolding. :D

The Annoyed Face

Hey guys, long time since I blogged.

Anyways, I would like you guys to meet the most annoying thing on earth (to me),

Everyone who uses this face, please just STOP. I get that you are annoyed, but not until you had to go to the extremes and type that. UGHHAOMHOAHSDFMI People who are annoyed, and used that face, annoys me. So yeah, IT MAKES TWO PARTIES GETTING ANNOYED HERE. In this situation it's called a lose-lose situation. I mean, CAN ANYONE OUT THERE FEEL ME? To be annoyed with that FACE.

Sorry, but I just can't OHGOD.

To the people who I do not know, yet I saw you I SAW YOU using this face, I hate you already. SORRY OK BUT NO. I FEEL THAT THIS FACE SHOULD BE DELETED LIKE FOREVER. It's so freaking annoying. And what's more worse is when your enemies (dislike human beings) USES THAT FACE ON YOU. COME ON MAN. I mean if your bestfriends were using these faces, you might you know close one eye to it, but this time it's your ENEMIES guys, ENEMIES.

Like no offence, but I REALLY FIND THIS FACE VERY erm what's that word, yeah gay. Imagine, if guys were using this face. Oh god, someone can just kill me RIGHT NOW. I might explode anytime RIGHT NOW, not kidding guys.

That face is so annoying yet some people still uses it, and you want to know something guys?

There was once, when my classmate used that on me, I said chill. GUESS WHAT SHE DID?

GOSH, I SWEAR I WAS ON THE VERGE OF KILLING HER. Imagine if I had a knife, no I think I would not kill her, but myself. IT'S JUST TOO ANNOYING TO LIVE. Ok kidding, but agree with me guys. If anyone out there reading this and is using those faces, stop guys STOP.

- Stressful handling with friendships now. IDK WHY. (Not with any cool run kids)

- Chrysan has been stalking me. Hi Chrysan you ARE reading this aren't you. ;)
